My Approach
This work is deeply meaningful, and I am honored to walk with you through your healing journey.
My practice is rooted in compassion, integrity, and a fierce belief in your ability to heal and transform. I don’t see you as someone who needs to be fixed - I see you as someone who's ready to return to who you really are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the old survival strategies.
Every session is a collaboration, grounded in your goals and your lived experience. We work with hypnotherapy as the core tool, but we also draw on breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and nutrition when it feels aligned - because true healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when the mind, body, and spirit are aligned, speaking the same language.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're untangling stress and burnout, rewiring limiting beliefs, or simply trying to feel more present and alive, I follow what works for you, at your pace, in your language.
I help you release what no longer serves you- whether it’s old beliefs, stored emotions, or subconscious patterns - through powerful modalities like hypnotherapy, breathwork, and mind-body awareness. This is about creating space - mentally, emotionally, and energetically - for who you're becoming.
From there, we realign with what truly matters to you. That means identifying your core values, clarifying your vision, and building practical steps forward using life coaching tools rooted in integrity and authenticity. Together, we bring your inner world and outer life into alignment.

What to Expect - Working Together
Each hypnotherapy session is designed to meet you where you are... mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Here's how it works:

Sessions are 75–90 minutes and take place online via a secure video platform, so you can attend from the comfort of your own space.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you here, where you feel stuck, and what you want to shift. From there, we begin building the foundation for your transformation.

Every session includes a combination of conversation, subconscious work (hypnosis), and integration tools like breathwork or gentle body-based practices when appropriate.

I may also offer suggestions for you to research or to ask your medical health professional around nutrition, nervous system support, or daily rituals, not as homework, but as invitations to support your growth between sessions

This is a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious becomes more accessible and open to receive instruction for thought and behavior change that you may feel unable to achieve on your own.
Whether you're new to this kind of work or have done years of self-development, this space is for you to explore, heal, and evolve at your own pace.
